1939 Born in China 1957 Began painting. Studied Western and Chinese painting under Ng Po Wan, Kwok Yan Leung, and Leung Pak Yu at the Hong Kong Fine Arts Academy. After graduating, he taught watercolor painting at the Department of Extramural Studies at the Chinese University of Hong Kong 1961 Hong Kong Chinese Contemporary Art Guild annual exhibition
